Have you ever wondered how museum exhibitions are created?

If you feel lonely or isolated, this is an opportunity to socialise, make new friends and try something completely new.  

Our Own Exhibition is a free, 12 week course which takes you through all the steps of creating and holding a museum exhibition, right here at The Amelia Scott.

The theme will be Archaeology and will explore our extensive collection.

From picking objects, telling the story, to installing the exhibition you will get the chance to learn about and hold your own exhibition.

This course is for anyone over 18 who is interested the work of museums.

The course starts on 13th April 2024 and runs from 10:30-12:30 each Monday for twelve weeks
