Our primary school programme aims to engage our younger audiences with their local area. We offer sessions themed around local History and Geography and are able to support with literacy and creative thinking. Please take a look at our sessions to see how we can support you in the delivery of your curriculum.

Our education centre is due for completion for the start of the new academic year (Sept 2022). In the meantime, we are able to offer an outreach service. One of our skilled education team will come to your school and engage your students in a 1-hour object handling session, allowing them to experience some of the objects from our collection in their classroom. Each session is very much hands on and based on the ideas associated with inquiry led learning.
