We have many spaces for hire at The Amelia Scott which are suitable for a wide variety of functions. Our spaces can be arranged for workshops, board meetings, fitness, events and can even be used as a performance space.

Working remotely, it can be challenging to find a 'in person' working space when our team does need to meet. The Amelia was very central and was a lovely location, especially the café courtyard. We were really impressed at the resources and how helpful the staff were, and will definitely return in the future !
The Upper Atrium
The Atrium is our showpeice space, an outstanding vaulted room full of light and interest. We can comfortably seat up to 140 guests in this space and without seats a lot more. The perfect venue for functions, launches, concerts, talks and presentations. If you are looking for a central venue that will have the WOW factor the Atrium is for you!
For a more initimate function we can also reserve the upper section which can seat up to 70 guests.

It was the perfect venue to host our 130 guests from businesses in and around Tunbridge Wells and we used the space upstairs for the main event which was seamlessly turned, in minutes, from a library into a beautiful space to host our conference...

The Work Room
The Work Room has a fascinating museum exhibit surrounding the space that showcases the trade heritage of Tunbridge Wells. It can comfortably seat up to 40 people in a boardroom configuration, but equally the space would work well for workshops or small intimate events. Furniture can be provided.
It is located adjacent to the 1st floor adult library in a quiet and secluded space.
The cost of hiring this space is £35 per hour (please specify if you are a charity).

The Green Room is a bright, versatile space that would be perfect for workshops or boardroom style meetings. This room is also suitable for flat floor events (fitness/dance), theatre style events or as a performance/rehearsal space
The Green Room seats up to 35 people comfortably, furniture can be provided. It also has great functionality.
