Crime of the Century – Twelve week creative writing course
Would you like to learn how to research historical local crime and create your own writing based on what you discover?
Crime of the Century is for you!
Using the many resources available at the Amelia Scott, such as our local studies room and internet databases, you will develop your research skills.
You will then have the opportunity to practice your writing skills through a range of interactive sessions involving different styles including prose, poetry and newspaper style articles.
As well as developing your skills the course will offer you the chance to gain valuable feedback on your writing.
You do not need any previous writing experience, just a desire to develop your skills.
