An Incredible Documentary Workshop for Ages 9-13!

Want to make your own documentary about an issue that's important to you? This is your chance!

Inspired by the Carolyn Mendelsohn exhibition Being Inbetween, this amazing project explores issue-based journalism by providing two groups of young people with the opportunity to make a short video documentary focused on an issue that's important to them. The end results will be revealed in a special screening event at the Amelia Scott, and then finally put on display for the public to see as an exhibition piece, ensuring that the participants' work is seen, and their voices are heard.

This experience is designed to help young people build their confidence and assist them in developing skills that will help them shape the world of tomorrow, empowering them to use their unique voices and celebrate their vital perspectives.
