KS2 – Archaeology: from Stone to Iron

This session supports a chronological approach to the study of history. Pupils are given the opportunity to handle pre-historic artefacts from The Amelia’s collection dating from the Stone Age to the Iron Age. In exploring the artefacts, pupils identify and understand the significance of key developments in human progress across the ages.

During the session, links are made to the Stone Age past of our local area.

Cost: 60 min session: £75 for 30 children
