    Creative Workshops

Join Susan Yeates for a hands-on botanical themed linocut printing workshop this November. Working from leaves, seed heads and garden finds, you'll learn how to translate a botanical subject into a confident single-colour linocut print, from first sketch through to that satisfying peel-and-reveal moment. Susan has taught linocut for over twenty years and guided more than 3,000 students through the process. This in-person session distils that experience into a relaxed, sociable session of carving and printing. No previous printmaking experience is needed, just a willingness to get a little inky. All materials and tools provided, you'll leave with a small collection of your own hand-printed nature studies. Susan Yeates is an artist, author and TEDx speaker.
