Welcome to the Vendor application for Yarnival 2027.
After an incredible first event we are excited to bring you a 2 day Yarnival in 2027, on 27th & 28th February.
What we are looking for:
We welcome applications from vendors/makers of all things yarn! These include:
- Makers
- Knitters
- Crocheters
- Pattern Designers
- Dyers
- Weavers
- Spinners
- Felter’s
- Workshop and talks facilitators
- And lots more!
Our vendors products must fit the Yarinval ethos of being handmade and of high quality.
This year we are also excited to offer a one-day tabletop stand for any smaller and emerging businesses who aren’t sure they can commit to a full weekend.

Stand sizes and pricing:
The Upper Atrium
Our Atrium will be used for our two day vendors.
Stand sizes in the Atrium are:
- Single Stand (1.7m x 1.2m): £55 + VAT per day
- Double Stand (3.4m x 2.4m): £100 + VAT per day
The Workroom
Located within the upper atrium, the workroom space will be used for smaller and emerging businesses for one day stands.
The only stand size available in this room is a Single Stand (1.7m x 1.2m). These stands are only available as table top so please ensure that you plan your display accordingly.
- Table top (1.7m x 1.2m): £45 + VAT per day
Please note that our stand sizes are approximate, due to the nature of our building some stands may be a slightly different shape, but all stands will have the same floor space.
Workshops and talks:
We are looking for a diverse range of workshops and talks to be held over the entire weekend.
These should have a duration of between 1.5 – 2 hours, all materials should be provided by the facilitator.
All ticketing and marketing will be handled by The Amelia.
