Hire a Space at The Amelia Scott
If you would like to hire one of the spaces in The Amelia Scott, The Green Room and The Work Room are both available to book online. We also have additional spaces not available for booking online. The hourly hire rate for one of the spaces within The Amelia Scott ranges from £25 to £35 per hour, whilst the Courtyard is available to hire for £50 per hour. The entire Amelia Scott building itself can be hired at a rate of £500 per hour.
The Green Room
The Green Room is a versatile space for a variety of booking needs. It caters well to boardroom style meetings, to flat floor events and auditorium seminars. It can have up to 35 people use it at a time comfortably, and tables and chairs can be provided. It also has great functionality, with the ability to make use of a projector on the end wall.
The Work Room can be booked for meetings and auditorium style seminars and events. It has a vast museum exhibit that follow the outer walls of everything trade in Tunbridge Wells. It can have up to 35 people use it at a time comfortably, and tables and chairs can be provided. It is quiet and secluded as it is attached to the 1st floor adult library.

Please note that whilst some spaces are self-contained, others are open plan and will be in close proximity to library stock and/or museum objects.
The hiring of spaces in The Amelia Scott is entirely at the discretion of the Amelia Scott management team and would need to fit around existing bookings and the day-to-day activities within the building.
